Payout requests finished.

We finished all payout requests from 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th June within 4 days and a few hours. This is amazing as we have not yet started the speedy payout program. We will start the speedy payout program next month as this will allow us to train our staff to handle mass payouts first before kicking in with the speedy payout program. With the speedy payout program and the increased number of trained staff, we are confident we can reduce the payout period by an additional 30%. We are now ready for more memberships and much bigger business.

The old site up on line
We will be putting the old site back up this evening at approximately midnight. The paid surfing holiday will remain in effect until the new site is complete. You can join, upgrade, earn for referrals, and withdraw just as before we went down. But still no surfing in order to protect us from crashing.
In addition to crediting everyone for the days we were down, we will also be crediting everyone with 200 autosurf credits AND $1 account cash.

My hearteflt apologies for the downtime.All sites have been deleted so we can clear up the db - there were 1,000's of invalid links. Every member will receive 5 credits for every site viewed until further notice to make up for this.
If anyone has purchased or redeemed (from other sites) SurfPacks during the last 3 weeks that has not been credited to their account please contact me with all the details. This does not include AE compounds.We are running the db from June 22 as some members could surf but many could not - so this is fairer to everyone.

IMPORTANT UPDATE! PLEASE READ!
Upgrading has now been enabled again. However, from this point forward if you plan to upgrade on a particular day, you need to purchase that upgrade(s) BEFORE you surf for that day. After you surf your 12 pages for a day, upgrading will be disabled until the next server day.
We are still in the process of completing the correction of account upgrade purchases from Sunday. We should have everyone's accounts corrected by midday tomrorow. If you are one of these people, please do not attempt to upgrade again until we correct your account.
Your witdhrawl history from the old site is NOT visible on the new site, but don't worry. You will still receive those payments within 7 business days of your request.
There was a small glitch in trasferring over payment ID info for people that had not yet specified their payment info on the old site. To correct his, just change your payment ID insuring to enter your password when making the change.
Payments should continue on schedule. But please note that because our staff has been focused on the site launch, payments may take longer than normal. For the rest of this week, expect the average payment to occur on the 6th or 7th business day.
We are still working on a backlog of emails, so we'd appreaciate your patience.

The 4Daily.com surfbar has been turned off for a few days while we continue work on our servers and correct account errors.

Please do not contact us about account errors until we announce here that we have completed corrections. All staff are required for the work and they are not able to answer such questions while the work is in progress. It will take a few days.

Member Levels, Cash Balances and earnings will all be recalculated.

You may have received an incorrect notice about expired upgrades. Please ignore it.

PLEASE IGNORE CHANGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT while we make corrections.

We are still working very hard on fixing account errors. There were far more than expected, and we have found very large amounts of corruption in our database, caused by server crashes.

The final correction of upgrade expiries and calculation of earnings will take another day or two and then we will compensate active members for the time the surfbar has been down, before reopening it.

We were due to make a special payout by month end but we can't do that while the errors still exist. We hope to have them all cleaned up soon and then we will distribute all available funds as planned.

Meanwhile, our growth has continued to slow and that is understandable, because of the uncertainty produced by recent events. 4Daily.com continues to be attacked by some warped individuals who would like to see us shut down. Of course, that just makes us all the more determined to keep going! We know that we have huge numbers of supportive members and will not let a handful destroy it all because they can't understand and accept our rules.

You can be sure that we will be here as long as we have the support of the majority. The growth trend will turn around during August and then it will be back to business as usual.

We have been sifting through your suggestions and hatching some ideas to get us through this and any future downturns and I will announce them here in a few days.

UPGRADING WITH PAYPAL

After much consideration, PayPal has been removed as an option for upgrading your account. This decision was made due to the fact that PayPal has frozen the account of many other autosurf sites, and appears to be on some sort of misguided crusade against autosurf sites.

I feel that it is in the best interest of Traffic-Riot to discountinue using PayPal for account upgrades, before we have any problems with them.

Members that have previously upgraded with PayPal can still receive payouts simply by selectiong PayPal from your Gateway list on the Withdrawal Page.

ABOUT PAYOUTS

End of month is fast approaching, and this is just a reminder of what to expect.

1. Your daily earnings will get transferred to your account balance on August 1. Once in your account balance, you can withdraw, or upgrade your account with your earnings.

2. In order to withdraw earnings, you must have at least $5 in your account balance, and at least a $50 member level.

3. You can request withdrawal at any time. We do not restrict when you can withdraw your balance.

4. You can only withdraw to payment processors that you have previously upgraded your account with.

5. You can only withdraw to payment processors that are listed in your Payment Gateways. If you do not have any gateways entered, you will not be able to withdraw. To add your payment gateways, go to the Upgrade Account page and enter the necessary info.

Withdrawals to PayPal and StormPay will be immediate. Withdrawals to egold and intgold will take 2-4 days as funds will be transferred to these accounts as needed as payout requests come in. This is only because I will not be transferring funds ahead of time, Funds will be transferred as needed. I do not believe in risking your funds by letting them sit in payment processors. COMPENSATION CLARIFICATION

We wanted to take a moment to clarify our surfing holiday compensation method. We have received help tickets from people saying they didn't receive 'credit' for surfing on the days we were down. Please note that we only compensate your cash earnings on surf holidays, not your site credits. So, while you may not see 12 pages surfed for those days, if you check your account balance, you should see that you did earn 12% cash for those days.

EMAIL & HELP TICKET BACKLOG

Please allow us 48 hours to get thru the backlog of emails and help tickets. Please note, if your ticket has to do with the outtage or with last Friday's egold payment mishap, it will be closed. If you still have any questions that are not answered by either of these updates, please visit our forum and staff and other members will be happy to help you.

UPLINE CHANGES

We have had a recent rash of requests to change member uplines. We understand that this is due to some offers being made by certain members to entice other members to open up new accounts under them. Please note, this will not be tolerated. Referral commissions are intended to be an incentive for active promoters who bring members to us, not who steal referrals from others who have earned them. It is not fair to the original referrer. Within 24 hours, we will be ammending our TERMS to include language to this effect. Those who have outstanding requests from upline changes, these tickets will all be closed. The only reason we will approve an upline change is if the upline is abusing the relationship in some way. And in these cases the referrer will simply be removed, NOT replaced by another. We also ask that you not try to circumvent this be just creating a new account. Remember that we do verify payment IDs and if a new account is found with an old payment ID, it will raise our suspicion.
